In case you haven't heard by now, tomorrow we will be completing the CrossFit Open workout 16.1. This is what we train all year for, to truly test our fitness over the course of five weeks. With that being said, we have been following Spencer Arnold and Co. "Power and Grace performance programming since last years Open.
