Back Squat: 60/2, 70/2, 80/2, 85/2, 88/2*3 sets, rest 90 sec between sets

Conditioning
6 Rounds (20 min cap):
5 Power Cleans (185/125)
7 Strict Pullups
5 Strict Ring Dips
Rest 1 minute between rounds

Your goal should be to be unbroken on every single movement and complete the rounds as a sprint.

Extra

4 sets – 5 lateral HS walks on wall e/direction ( alt. starting directions)

Accumulate 60 sec. Overhead Hold w/ 1 rm strict press (record total time taken)

8 min. Alt EMOM
– E – 10 ring pushups w/ feet on box (deep PU)
– O – 30 sec. plank hold on rings (shoot for support position)

BN Jerk + Jerk: 4 sets of 1+1 @ 85%, rest 60 sec
