Half naked super athletes aren’t a very good representation of 99% of the people that train CrossFit day in and day out.⁣

Most people who join CFB just wanna lose some body fat or build some muscle, or both!⁣

Your current fitness level has nothing to do with the ability to start CrossFit because, anyone can! We currently have members in their 40s, 50s, even a couple in their 60s! ⁣

Each workout is scaled to the ability level of the client by an experienced coach.⁣
