How old is too old?
Has it been a few months since you’ve worked out? Maybe its even been a few years?
If it has, you can sometimes feel like there is an unscalable mountain in front of you to get back in shape.
If you’ve never worked out, it can feel impossible.
The truth is, its never too late to add exercise to your lifestyle, but you’ll need the RIGHT program.
People can achieve incredible results at any age and here’s the best way to do it.
If you’ve never worked out before or the program has movements you’ve never done, the best way to learn is in a 1-on-1 setting. Mastering the fundamentals is key to sticking with it for the long haul, not to mention avoiding injury.
At CFB, we start each member with a minimum of (5) one on one sessions to learn the basics, and begin with a few “beginner” workouts to get the ball rolling.
Take it slow!
We can’t “make up” for 10 years in 10 minutes. There’s no need to dive in to two-a-days or 7 workouts/week #NoRestDays!
You’ll be surprised how much change we can create when 3-4 workouts a week is paired with eating good foods… Speaking of food:

Want to make sure your sweat and hard work at the gym pays off? Drink plenty of water, stay away from processed foods and fast food, and in my best “mom voice”, EAT YOUR VEGETABLES!
Real food + Exercise over time is the key to fast results!
Achieving your goals is the most important part but make sure you give it time. Set your mind that you’re going to commit to seeing it through! You don’t have to go fast or lift heavy when you start. Just showing up is the MOST important factor.
You can absolutely get fit (and happier) at any age! All it takes is the decision to start.
