Refund Terms by Service

Memberships and Class Packages:
All fees for memberships, drop-in passes, and personal training sessions are non-refundable. Payments cannot be reversed, even if unused. For medical or other valid reasons, contact us to discuss potential membership pauses.

Cold Plunge, Sauna, and InBody Scans:
These services are non-refundable once booked. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain session fees. Any concerns about the service should be reported immediately for resolution.

Event Registrations and Merchandise:
Event registrations are non-refundable, and no refunds are provided for cancellations or no-shows. Merchandise returns are only accepted for defective items within 14 days of purchase and will be exchanged or credited.
