• Eligibility:

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

  • Members are required to adhere to gym policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment. CrossFit Brownsville reserves the right to revoke memberships for non-compliance.

• Wodify Software:
  CrossFit Brownsville utilizes Wodify, a gym management software, for class scheduling, membership management, and workout tracking. • Health and Liability:

  • Participation in CrossFit workouts involves inherent risks, including potential injury. By participating, members acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for their health and safety.

  • Members are required to consult their physician before engaging in any fitness program.

• Intellectual Property:
  All content on the CrossFit Brownsville website, including logos, text, images, and graphics, is the property of CrossFit Brownsville and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  Users must not engage in activities that disrupt the website’s functionality or compromise the privacy of other members. This includes unauthorized access, data breaches, or attempts to interfere with Wodify integrations.
